Shipping policy
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time may vary depending on the product selected. In those cases where stock is available, shipping is made between 1 to 3 business days after purchase. IF there is no stock it can take between 5 to 6 business days, although most orders arrive sooner. If you have any questions about the time it will take for your order to arrive, please contact us by writing to studiomac.shop@gmail.com. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until the following week taking into account the deadlines mentioned above.
How can I track my order?
You can track the shipping status of your orders by logging into your account, or by following the tracking link you will receive by email once we have shipped your order.
Please allow 1 to 3 business days* for your order to be shipped once the processing time has passed.
*Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays.
How much is the shipping?
We offer different ground shipping rates depending on the area you are in. There is a free rate from €50 (mainland Spain). If your order is less than that amount, the cost may vary between €5.70 and €8.45, depending on the weight of the products.
At the moment, products are not sent to areas such as Ceuta, Melilla, Las Palmas, Tenerife, Mallorca and Menorca.
The free rate for purchases over € 50 does not apply to Christmas Gifts. In these cases the purchase must be greater than € 60 to qualify for free shipping.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after placing the order. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the following business days and will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days (as long as they are in stock). Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping methods offered during checkout will vary based on your shipping address and the number of items ordered.
What happens if I have not been able to receive the shipment?
If you are not at the address at first, a note will be left informing you of the attempted delivery, as well as the way to agree on it. Shipments that are not claimed within 10 days will finally be returned to Studio Mac , who will refund the amount of the order except for the shipping costs generated.
What transport companies do you use?
We currently work with GLS.
To which locations are shipments made?
We ship to the entire Spanish peninsular national territory.
How can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the delivery address before your order has been shipped, please contact us at studiomac.shop@gmail.com . Redirecting packets once they begin processing is complex. To redirect a package that is already in transit, please contact us at studiomac.shop@gmail.com with full details; We will do our best to help you by contacting the carrier.

No changes or refunds are allowed.
We make each piece in a handmade and personalized way, so no changes or returns of products are accepted. If any product arrives damaged, write to us at studiomac.shop@gmail.com and we will coordinate how to help you.
